 ext-Generation Computing Programs, ATIP proposes a full-day sequel worksho
 p at SC18 presenting and generating discussions on International Next-Gene
 ration Computing Programs and Workforce Development. SC18 will be the 30th
  anniversary of the SC conference series. In the spirit of highlighting th
 at accomplishment our proposed 2018 Workshop will be more inclusive and in
 corporate more younger scientists. It will emphasize achievements that hav
 e been made and plans for the future, including mechanisms to expand the p
 ool of qualified HPC practitioners. Speakers will be selected from leaders
  in Asia, Europe, and possibly elsewhere.
