SUMMARY:Achieving Performance on Large-Scale Intel Xeon-Based Systems
DESCRIPTION:David Martin (Argonne National Laboratory), Melyssa Fratkin (U
niversity of Texas), and Estela Suarez (Forschungszentrum Juelich)\n\nThis
BoF, organized by the Intel Extreme Computing Users Group (IXPUG), will f
ocus on achieving performance at scale on large Xeon-based systems. The co
mmunity has gained experience in deploying generations of Xeon Phi and mor
e recently the Xeon Scalable family of processors and is moving to achieve
sustained performance. Through invited talks and open discussion, the BoF
will provide a forum for tool developers, applications programmers, HPC c
enter staff and industry experts to share tips and techniques gained throu
gh deployments on large-scale systems. Special emphasis will be given to p
erformance across different Xeon architectures and in heterogeneous Xeon s
ystems.\n\nRegistration Category: Tech Program Reg Pass, Exhibits Reg Pass
, Exhibits - Exhibit Hall Only Reg Pass\n\n
